As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Wholesale Administrator.
The Wholesale Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the wholesale operations of Converge Custom.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a keen eye for detail.
While previous experience in the jewelry industry is desirable, we are primarily seeking a motivated, hardworking team player who can take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth of our company.
We believe that with the right attitude and willingness to learn, the technical aspects of the role can be taught.
Responsibilities:
Wholesale Order Management:
Process wholesale orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
Maintain an organized system for tracking and managing wholesale orders, including order entry, invoicing, and shipping logistics.
Collaborate with the production team to monitor order progress and communicate any delays or issues to wholesale customers proactively.
Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the production team to ensure timely replenishment.
Customer Service and Client Relationship:
Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized support.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a wholesale or administrative role is preferred, with exposure to the jewelry industry being a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a critical eye for accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency using CRM software, order management, and Google Workspace.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Creative and artistic Previous experience in fine jewelry a big plus.
Prior experience is a plus but we are willing to train provided you have the proper background Positive attitude a must!
