Duties and responsibilities include the following:
Greeting customers and directing repairs to the appropriate available technician Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections Overseeing and managing the service center's scheduling and workflow Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up Experience is helpful but not necessary.

Pay is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
We perform a thorough background check and drug screen prior to offering employment to any applicant.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
